You must be at least 18 years old to use ZalAI.
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account.
You are solely responsible for content you send. We have ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You must NOT use ZalAI to send or share content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative (especially involving minors), or that infringes others' rights. We provide tools to block and report users and messages; reports are reviewed and we may remove content and terminate abusive accounts without notice. Report abuse: abuse@zalai.app.
AI responses are generated by third-party providers you configure (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Groq) and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for professional (legal/medical/financial) advice. You are responsible for the data you submit to AI providers. See our Privacy Policy.
ZalAI PRO and optional modules are offered as auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation. A subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
No reverse engineering, no automated abuse, no use that violates law or these Terms.
The service is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties and limit liability. Mesh/offline delivery is best-effort and not guaranteed; ZalAI is not a substitute for emergency services.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
